So would it work just putting it into my lx or would I need to modify anything? At what speed does the governer kick in on the ex?

I personally don't like most chips on ebay,because you have no real idea of what program your really getting and they disable most of you sensors and have either a high rev limiter or no rev limiter at all. Also some programs are for race motor that have high compression and altered fuel and ignition curves that are not matched to our specific application which in 95% of the time are street application. I would just get a program burned to your specific application.

The US EX ECU speed limiter kick in at 130mph the JDM/UDM EX ECU for the F22A go up to 140mph.
any cheap chip out there that can disable the speed limiter?? my lx-ex ecu swap is not cutting it anymore, with my new light weight 17" and turbo I'm hitting the speed limiter alot while the engine has alot more power to go..
