Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

In order to maintain the flow through the pipe, the velocity must go up, resulting in a corresponding pressure drop.
Ahh I should have realized that. So a venturi tube on the collector as mentioned will do nothing. However, lets say we have 2.5" exhaust, and step it down to a 2.25" in/out resonator. Resonators slow air flow, but making the air fit into a smaller diameter should create a small venturi effect, and possibly negate the slowing effects of the resonator? I'm probably still missing something here though, because at the same time, the resonator is already a restriction, and more so if you make it a smaller diameter.
There are no black and white suspension answers!!!!!!!!!!!

And if you do find out if that think helps and exhaust system like mine...let me know.

Not sure I was gonna try them first to see if it helped, if not I'll just leave it.
