From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.


The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.


For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.


Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

P14 ecu on f22a1

    P14 ecu on f22a1

    is it possible to use this ecu on the f22a1. i went the jy's today and found a 95 prelude smashed up in the front. i popped the hood and it was empty so i got kinda excited and i looked for the ecu. it was there so i was even more excited. i said to myself finally a fing p12. these preludes are rare in the jy's around here. so i took the plate apart and under i saw a little black box tha read 37740-p12-a01. so i was happy as all hells. then i unbolted the ecu to find out it was a p14. which i think this comes from an h23a1 if i'm not mistaking. so i know have a p14 that i can't even use atleast i think so. can anyone help me with this thanks.

    MOVING TO BACK FLORIDA IN 2 WEEKS. CAN'T WAIT TO GET BACK OVER THERE.

      don't got the money for an h23. i'm going to bring it to the meet this weekend to see if i sell it.

          yea it does here are some pics. it's OBD2A and that little black box was on the side of it that's what got me because it says 37740-p12-ao1.
