Please DO NOT Post In The General Section

From this point on until otherwise briefed, posting in the general section of Performance Tech is prohibited. The only thing to remain here will be the stickies. We would just delete this section, but that would cause unintended results.

The majority of the threads created can appropriately be placed in one of the Performance Tech sub-forums or Technical; and the posting of them here is detrimental to the activity of said forums. If you have any questions about where you need to place your thread PM me or one of the other mods.

For the most part you all have caught on without this post, but there have been a few habitual offenders that forced me to say this.

Everyone will get a couple of warnings from here on out, after that I just start deleting threads.

Again if you have any questions, PM me or one of the other mods.

Questions about Stainless Steel valves for F22a

I've been looking for valves for my F22a build, people have said that Ferrea makes them, as well as Si Valves, KMS and Manley. But all of these companies only list valves for the F22b1/2 motors. The sizes are the same, 29mm/34mm, but I'm not sure about the length. Are these valves the same as for the F22a? For those of you with a built head, what are you running? I want something that's 1mm oversize.

KMS is the only company you will be able to get the over sized or normal sized valves from for the f22a. The f22b2 or b1 just wont fit.

Any decent machine shop will have a source to get you some good valves but most will be steel.

you just have the machine shop machine the seats to match the valve face.

Ive read that KMS is supertech products rebadged and sold higher priced. I just got an email from KMS and they state that they have no apps for the F22.
