there is a guy here that sells speaker. middnightaccord. he has a bussiness etc. or check ebay.

ex have 6.5 in front but u have to take off the black thing that holds the speakers or modify it. and in the back it needs 6x9.

A 90EX has 5.25 in the front and 6x9 in the rear.

Unless the 91 is different in the front, it should be exactly the same.

If you have the black plastic speaker enclosure in front, it's a 5.25.

Otherwise a 6 will fit with minor mods.

well i put 6.5 in front with minor moditications to the box. and if i didn't use the box i could have put 6.5 without problems.

can't you just use the surrounds from a LX? I have 6.5's in the front factory and 6.5's in the back as well.

            Sure you could.

I'm not sure what year or trim level it breaks at, but the fronts can be 5.25 or 6.5 and the rears 6.5 or 6x9.

That's really limited only by the mounting gear. There's room enough for all sizes in all years of the CB7. It just depends on what came factory for your car.

Mine (90EX) had 5.25s up front and 6x9s in back. I found some Bazooka 5.25 (RS-525) aluminum jobbies for up front, handle 120 watts, mounted them in the factory surround/enclosure, sound great.

I later did the gutter tape/fake dynomat stuff and they sound even better.

I dont know if its different, but I have a 92 4dr LX and I didnt need to modify anything to get the front (6.5) speakers in. Cant help ya with the back ones, cuz mine are 6.5s.

I have a set of 6.5" sony Xplode 3-ways that will fit with no modification lying around. Look into them.

In the car I have a set of JL components (6.5) dont even ask how much modification was needed.

Ack, no. Sony Xplods suck. I know from experience. Some regular old Pioneers (pretty much the same price, maybe even cheaper) sound a LOT better. <- also known from experience.
