upgrade the big 3 like it was said!...IMO caps are useless. unless you upgrade the rest.
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.
You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!
batt-alt batt to ground. and i also ran a 4ga to the main fuse box under the hood! if sumone has the codes to post pics i have a pic of my wires under the hood to upgrade!

Well when I had my system I had a capacitor and a stock alternator and a interstate battery and I had very little dimming of my headlights. I had a 1 farad rocksford fosgate capacitor. Hope everything works out

get a good battery deep cycle and prefered gelcells. im pullin 2700rms on 2 batterys and i have a little bit of dimming. that amp doesnt even put out 500 watts. get u a red top battery and ull be set. a friend of mine has neon a 1000 watt rms amp plus everything else and has no dimming issues.

i get no dimming i run 2 rockford amps with 4awg wire 1 farad stinger cap and cant wait to get my yellow top back in but no dimming issues since i got my cap so good luck
