    Antennas?

    My car has an antenna mounted into the back window, and I have seen alot of cb7 with this.

    My question is what is the window antenna there for? we all came stock with one on the rear quarter, so why do we need 2? and where does it hook up?

    This has been perplexing me for a while now......

    are you sure its not an antenna for an alarm? cause mine doesnt have that at all back there other than the rear defrost.

        I dont know what it is, but the exact same one was on my ex girlfriends cb7, and it was a 1993ex.....

        As you can see it is actually IN THE GLASS....

        which makes me think it is stock....but I dont know.....

          if i were you and it was killing me enough, i would take down the headliner one day im bored and follow the wire to see where it leads to. maybe that would help you out.
          Ive had 4 cbs and none of them had/have that

                  Mine doesnt have a car phone, and I dont think there is a wiring harness in the trunk.....

                  I wonder how I would use this? it there something i can use this for, considering it is there to stay?

                        mine came with a car-phone, but i ripped it all out. when i got my windows tinted they took it off for me.
