Nakamichi CD-45z

So... my deck got stolen at school again. My so nice Pioneer-MP6900 is gone.
Anyway, my dad had a Nakamichi CD-45z left from his Mercedes, and he has given it to me, but I have no owners manual, and the wiring is not labeled. Guys have any hints, on how to wire this baby?

Was it from a newer gen Mercedes where they used fiber optics?

I did not know that Mercedes came with Nakamichis stock, was it aftermarket? If so a simple harness should fix that problem.
