6x9's best quality?

Hey guys just wondering what you guys think is the best speaker (6x9) with more bass!! i bought some $60 pioneer's and they have no bass, might ass well put the factory speakers back in..

What pioneers did you get? It should perform better then stock. Perhaps you did not tune it correctly. What headunit are you using?

I've found a lot of success with the Focal Polyglass series, and CDT's component 6x9s, but they both ask for a lot of power to bump.

I think the alpine type-R or the infinity which are really nice but kind of expensive. Did you try them with a amp?

ur not going to notice anything if u have the stock radio and no amp. after u add the amp and a decent headunit ull notice a big difference. if ur lookin for more bass, why not subs? if not right now im using logic speakers 500watts 6x9 amd theyre pretty good

if you are using a stock cassette player...yeah you won't get any base...your original deck has only about 5watts per channel...while those new speakers probably run at around 50 Watts RMS....so....get a new deck?

well lets assume he has replaced the deck with some middle of the road head unit. so what he needs is an amp for those 6x9's bc he probably is still not getting enough power to them. Question is should he get a 4 way amp for all of the speakers, or maybe a 4 way for the back with future subs or for further additions of speakers. What suggestions do you guys have for small 4 way amps or 2 way amps? some kind of amp not intended for the sub?

clarion makes good cheap amps that are meant for speakers....i've seen 40w rmsx2 before...BAZOOKA also has some cheap amps

dont get 6x9's get 6.5 comps and make a bracket!!!!!! 6x9 are ass of speakers....

my pioneer 6x9 are perfect. couldn't ask for anything better than that.

Infinity Referance or Kappa series speakers. I'ma big fan of Infinity
