How To take off the door panel to change speakers?

Well i finally figured it was just a normal metric bolt on the rear.. i dont know why i thought it was a circle shape? i musta been way like tired when i looked last time, i got some nice 3-way 6x9's coming by next week.. and im gettin some 5-ways for the front 6.5's.. i will let you know how it turns out when i get them all and installed.
