u want it to sound differnt, or be a louder chirp?
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

If You Wanna Change The Siren For A New One You Can Just Cut The Old One And Wire A New One. For A Unique Sound, I Know Some Dei Sirens Have Some Lil Bittons In Them Or Sumpin And You Can Move Them For A Diff Sound

It depends on the alarm, most models use a siren and NOT a speaker. You should be able to order just a siren from any mobile shop or possibly an online store. The speakers (like on my Clifford IG7000) cannot be changed out with a siren.....

Speaker - Alarm determines output, multiple sounds, different volumes
Siren - One sound/pattern triggered by voltage, either on or off

you will need a 2 prong flasher and a 4 pin relay

85 on the relay goes to ground -

86 on the relay goes to siren output (+) from your alarm (diode on this wire)

                        30 goes to battery 12v +

87 goes to one terminal on the flasher

other terminal of the flasher will go to your horn wire (+)

make sure you hook up a diode on the wire that goes to pin 86 or when you honk your horn it will also honk the siren, unless that doesnt bother you then just hook it w/o the diode. If you do decide to use the diode make sure you hook it up right because they are directional if you hook it up backwards then nothing will work. try it and it nothing happens then just flip it around. I think thats everything

funny...is the horn trigger a negitive? therefore it wont work that way?

basically instead you would have to have

id do it this way, its converting the positive from the siren to a negitive and going through the flasher relay.

first grab the positive from the siren wire and run it to the flasher relay, then the output of the flasher relay into the relay pin 86

                            30+85 go to ground
87 is negitive out to your horn wire under the dash.

this enables the siren positive wire to flow through the flasher relay, after it goes through that it is a pulsed output, then it goes into the relay that creats a positive input into a negitive output....

I understand how you are saying and I would think it would be better that way but not for nothin but I dont think it will work that way because if you run the flasher to the relay like you are saying it wont flash because its not getting a ground. The way that flasher is intended to work is it grounds itself through the bulb. So I figure my way it would ground itself through the horn
