2-channel or 4-channel

i want to power my 6.5" speakers. would it be better to get a 2-channel amp pushing my 2 infinity's in the doors, or get a 4-channel and power all 4 speakers (infinity's in the door, pioneers in the rear)? i'm looking to get clarity and some more loudness then what the headunit already produces

I think you should go with a 4 ch. amp. Your front and back speakers are different so it will probably be louder for one set then the other set. What is the model of both speakers and what kind of headunit do you have.

i would just do a 4 channel

4 ch. 2 channel wil probably be too much wattage for the speakers, and that would juss be a waste of money
