    ALT rebuild kits

Do they sell alternator rebuild kits? Anyone had any luck doing this? Figured it's way cheaper than an OEM and better than an aftermarket.

    Links would be helpful.

I'd be happy to sell you the bearing and the brushes, which are pretty much the only replaceable parts. The brushes would be $12.00 shipped, but I'd have to check on the bearing.

I need to know if the unit is Denso or Mitsubishi. It should say on the casing.
