Are you talking about the speaker enclosures in the rear deck? If so:
Open the trunk and remove the 3 nuts (from each speaker box) from under the deck 8mm or 10mm I think, disconnect the wiring harness, pull the entire speaker assembly up and out from inside the car. Then on the bottom side there is a few screws you remove for the speaker grille, then theres about 4 screws that hold the speaker in the enclosure.
    Hope that helped.

the whole speaker pod comes off the deck when you remove the 3 or 4 8mm nuts. the speaker grill come off when you remove the screws under the pod. i hope that makes sense.

I would be concerned doing that...because you don't have a box for the sub to sit in when you put it in your rear deck, and from my research on that stuff...a great deal of your sound is dependet on the type of box you use...also in my car with my subs, that shelf has been known to rattle from time to time, so unless you're going to use a dynamat type insultation on it, you will have terrible rattling issues...granted it would be a really cool install, but there's a few other issues I'd take into consideration as well.

They make, or used to make, open-air / free-air subs that were designed for use in areas where no box could be used. Those could be worth looking into. But IMO a sub wouldnt look good in the rear deck, I think my glassed speaker pods came out really good, if your going for looks.
