    help building a subwoofer box

Here is the thing: I need to build a sub box to house a 15" sub. I am no good at angular boxes with all the calculations and all.
    This is my sub

Now it calls for 1.5 cubic ft box. I built a 1.5 cubic box already for it but its just a square box and its too big to fit in the trunk(dont ask why i didnt make it smaller).

the mounting depth cant be anything less than 7 5/16 inches.

And from my measurements of the trunk I got around 18 inches from the floor to the rear deck. So the height has to be anything less than 18 inches or just about.

Can you guys help me make a box like that?
Basically this is what i need if u didnt understand all that

    hatch style box
    1.5 cu. ft.
    7 5/16 or MORE depth
    18 inches or LESS height.

I dont know how to figure out the angle of cuts and all that so help me out with the calculations.

    THANK YOU GUYS

Do you have the ability to make angled wood cuts?
If you want to make a square box with 3/4" wood, it should be 18 x 18 x 11 to 11.5
You can't go much smaller than 18" with the sub being 15" and the wood .75"
Did you at least play the sub with the box you had? How did that MB Quart sound? What amp you using?

I have been playing around with that site and this is what I got:

Now how do you figure the angle of cut for the sloped side? I can make the angle cut with a circular saw I just have to adjust the angle. Can you guys tell me the angle or will I have to resort to a protractor and a math book?

And about the sub.....I played the sub out of the car and it sounded pretty good. I WAS driving it with a rockford 501S amp which is only 500 watts rms bridged. NOW i just bought a MB Quart RAA1000 which is 1000 watts rms and thats what I am gonna test out the sub with as soon as the box is finished.
