hooking up 2 cd players into one car?!?

hey i would appreciate any help if anyone knows anything about hooking up 2 cd players into one dash. my plan was to hook up the first cd player like any other then splice into it with the second. if someone can confirm thats this works or doesnt work i would really appreciate all help thanks. and acually one is an indash tv, dvd and the other is just a plain cd player thats why i was trying to do both if anyone is wondering.

yea there are a couple of ways you can do this you can as you said splice into them i only recommend doing it on the power wires, and have seperate speakers or you can tap in to your fuse box like i did on my neon so when you turn the switch on your raido will come on like normal but to answer your question Yes, it can be done, it just takes time wire and a bucnh of connectors

why would you do that??? i have an alpine 5 cd changer im selling for 70 shipped.

yea it would be easyer to use a changer but it can be done it jsut takes some time

power wires meaning the wires before the harness? or the wires from the aftermarket harness?

you can do it after the aftermaret harness or theres a couple places on the fuse box, one has power all the time and the other comes oon with the switch, the just take a female end to slide on this is how i had my neons wired up, blue underglow with the switch and the interior neons to constant power source, man there are tons of ways to hook up radios as lond as you got a ground,memory wire, and switch, the should work, if anymore questions just ask it maybe confusing to sum

now if you tv plays dvd's why cant it play cd's?

it does it plays everything but my kenwood sounds so much better than the dvd player!! but i decided to do something else instead i got my computer hook up to it so now... no cd dvd or anything just plug and play!!!
