im poor, had to build teh box. had a profile amp before and it hit hard on my old alpine, so ima try this. now all i need is my fuckin wiring kit to show...

edit: tha pic didnt turn out right, but power to each coil, and the other terminals are connected for the 2 coils

your pic is confusing, you want to connect the positive terminals with each oether and the same with teh negative. assuming its a dvc 4 ohm

haha... i had it wired for 8 ohms and it will still louder than my old alpine... im excited for 2 ohms of 500 watt power

Profile's a good brand...I was going back and forth between that amp, the AP1200, the CL800 and the CL1200...but then I found my amp (Kole HK1920-2; 880W RMS x 1 @ 4, $160 shipped, made by Power Acoustik) and ditched the Profiles. The only thing I need now is a sealed box and maybe a Q-factor parametric EQ and I'll be finished.

seriously, i have to have it on MINIMUM (thank god for the remote bass controller ) for some songs. and now im lookin for ways to get my rearview mirror to STFU cuz it makes hella noise when it shakes

got the same problem with my mirror shakes like a mother fucker, and my sub's pushin 1800 rms. it needs stabilizer bars or something
