rewiring

im just wonder what i would have to do to rewire the stereo system because the idiot who had the car b4 me decided he would do some ghetto rigging and cut the stock harnesses off and just strip the wire and wrap it around the speaker connection post. any tips or suggestions on what i could do to not rewire the whole car would be helpful but if i have to what would be the easiest way to go about it.

on the speaker post just get two spade termals that fit
