Master window switch replacement (For Japan built models?)

Hey guys,
I found a New master window switch on ebay but in the description it says for japan built models. Does that mean it may not work on the US built models?

Just by seeing how the front left window says "AUTO" on it one could guess it's for a left hand drive vehicle. Whether "Japanese made" means anything I don't know.

Also 35750-SV4-A11 runs to a 94-97. I'm not positive if the switches from CBs and CDs are interchangeable, someone on here will know though.

I bought a turn signal stalk from China once, thing would never cancel right and was stiff. Not to mention the screws didn't line up like OEM. If it were me I would find a good used power window switch.
