    Power windows something changed

I know by my title it sounds like a duh they should work in acc2 but I have a serious question.

In my last cb, the windows would work in any ignition position you chose as long as it was in acc2 for at least a second. they would work for either 5 or 10 mins even with the key out but once a door was opened they didn't work after that.

With this cb it will only work in acc2 and no other position why

I moved the door panel's from the other cb into this one ( The window switch is attached and was moved with it, So my thinking is this is how it should work and what I kind of want to know is why it changed between the two cars of the same year and both sedans. Does the "integrated control" on the floor fuse box have anything at all to do with the windows or what can I do to maybe get them to work at least the way I think they were designed to work

    Check for bad door switches.

And I really haven't heard of the ICU taking a crap but I guess it's possible. Swap it out if you just have one lying around.

As far as I am aware all the switches are connected and working properly (ie I can roll up and down all windows) and the main controller works properly. I took a look at the wiring diagram on my honda manual and it's all self contained it does run through the ignition but the ignition works perfect as it should. I just would like it to work as my old cb did because I did enjoy that feature.
