    See if the vacuum line #16 for the EGR holds 8" of murcury. If it doesn't there is an EGR control valve in the black box.

    Have you reset the ECU after doing the last re-assembly?

      resetting the ECU became my hobby well at least it seems the clock problem is solved

        Dashboard Problem solved --> alt. belt needed tightening.
