turn car on with switch

i have a momentary on switch, ide like to wire that to the ignition switch wires to be able to turn my car on, you know instead of turning the key to turn car on use the switch to start the car. however i do not know what wires to splice into and if i need a relay, if i need a relay i have one.

the switch just has two pins. a + and a -. so heres what im thinking.

splice into the big white wire and take that to the + on the switch and splice into the black with yellow stripe and wire that to the -

i feel like a relay would be safer. but im not sure how to do that. help please. lol

actually all i need to know is the wire for the battery to splice into and the wire that jumps the starter. i guess starter. wire.

i think i figured it out, haha! big white one for batt and black with white stripe for starter.

so splice into thos wire, and flipping switch should cause starter to turn and start car.

I'm not sure about wires but won't it make it way easier to steal if you dont need a key? Get some kill switches

Op u want the flip a switch. So the starter can turn on and spin the engine itself pretty much rite? That's diff than tappin into the ign and using a buttton. I guess there's more than 1 way.

I have no clue man on wires. Ah I want 2 learn but afraid to cut wires man.

Where u gonna mount the push start? Shadow9 did this b4. Came out pretty neat. I always wanted something like that. Its just a cool thing. But I don't mind turnin a key

im not a fan of cutting the wires but if i mess it up you could always just reconnect em even if you have to just simply extend them.

no you still need a key, its wired into the starter wire. so you can crank it with out a key but it wont start. the accories are not on.


as for the wires to use its the big white one, Batt. and the black with white stripe, Starter.

also maybe if someone see's switches it will deter them from trying anything further cause they dont know what other hidden switches i have
