Besides having prior knowledge in wiring, I searched this site and others for every piece of reading material I could find on how to properly perform these modifications. I researched and bookmarked every site, pages on top issues I cannot currently foresee, proper connection methods, safety and hazard prevention, and collected lots of photos, etc. After a month of reading, researching, buying supplies, and planning the process, I did it. If I got stuck, I researched. If still stuck I would ask in here (provided I have "done my homework"). Thanks cb7tuner. I triple checked my work and followed up with inspections.
