    One amp is a 4x40w RMS @ 4ohm Alpine
    My other amp is a 1x300w RMS @ 4ohm, 1x500w RMS @ 2ohm Alpine (running @ 4ohm with 1 JL 12w1)

It takes about 2 minutes of the volume turned up all the way before my lights start to dim with the bass with the car idling at 700 rpms. Got an Interstate brand battery if that matters.
ground wires especially a poor engine ground wire causes head light dimming... upgrade the grounds in your engine compartment and watch that problem go away...

In Need of an engine, just a basic f22a...pm me if you have one willing to part with.

I haven't done the big 3 yet... if anything the dimming of the headlights is due to using/drawing more power then the alternator is outputting at idle, which then draws the extra power from the battery, until the battery can no longer keep up with the demand, which causes the lights to start dimming with the really low notes. I listen to techno, trance, dubstep, so the bass is pounding hard and frequently. Its not really a big deal as I don't usually sit at a stop lights for very long, with the music cranked up that high plus the headlights don't dim enough to be considered anything major. Maybe when I get that extra 12w1 I'll do the big 3 then, as that monoblock alpine should be pushing around 500w rms @ 2ohm.

Theirs a lot of advice being given with out any real info from the original poster... so basically its all useless...

First. what make and model of amps is the op using...?

Telling us it has 150 watts, is like me stating i drive a 140hp car... can I win a race with it...?

its a pointless question with out details...

Second. what size wire can you fit in this amps...?

My alpine 4 channel can fit a max 8 gauge input, but my phoenix gold 4 channel can fit a 4 gauge ...

again knowing this would help in the advice given.
^^^ the op says he dosnt know what gauge wire he has (and ive never seen 2 gauge wire in a car) so there's no way he would know what gauge wire goes into the amp. A little common sense goes a long way...

Anyhow for running your rca's my guess is your deck has a RCA out that's specific for your subs. I would run a RCA from the deck sub output to your rear sub amp. if not then using the RCA outs on the other amp should be OK....

With the little power your amps have your lights shouldnt "dim" you might have a week battery or alt. I'd say run 4 gauge if you can if not run 8. The 2 gauge wire is probably really 4 gadge wire. You probably should go to a car audio shop and get there opinion...then do it yourself if your trying to save money there opinion dosnt cost you anything...

Duval Vector amp. It is near impossible to find info on it, one person on here found it once but in German.....

(I stated that I don't know what the amp it, my buddy is going to give it to me and he doesn't know anything about it, I still don't have it.

In the duval vector I can run 4 guage wiring.

I found out what the real wiring size is. My buddy works with electrical wires and he said it's 4 gauge. Like I said I'm new to all this, Just a 16 year old kid trying to bump .

The head unit is a Jensen UV10, It has one sub output. I used a connector that goes from 1 female-2 female so I can run the rca's back to the sub.

As too my lights dimming, I need to do the big 3. Going to buy some wire once I finish my rust repair and do that. Thanks for the help

            .
You realize I've never in the 20 years of doing this have encountered a name brand of audio power/ground wire that didn't put the gauge right on the wire it self...

Sorry my common sense stops at just simply reading the gauge on the wire....
