Could an electric problem cause the following symptoms some of which resemble issues with fuel pressure and timing.
1. Cold idle out of spec
2. Warm idle at spec but drops to 450 every 30 seconds
3. Frequent stalls
4. Some Cluster lights, the CEL and the two next to it not working
5. When I turn the key nothing happens sort of like when you got a dead battery, but the only difference is none of my lights go dim and the only things that don't work and in #4 above.
