I had a similar problem with my wire tuck, make sure your grounds are cleaned and covered from the elements. after a few showers my cluster would go crazy and my wipers would not work.

You took your dash apart? How many interior plugs did you unplug?

if you relocated the fuse box, or move it, theres a ground underneath it, that control your windows

as far is your cluster goes, easy, connect back your dimmer switch

Did you double check your fuses and all of your connections? If they all worked before the tuck, they should work now, but somewhere you undid a connection or blew a fuse, now you have to find it. Electrical problems are a bitch to figure out.

sounds like you need to double check your wiring from the fuse block. make sure all plugs are completely plug'd in and any wires that were extended have a good connection and are soldered. Also make sure everything is plugged in.

In the haynes, you can trace the path to every circuit that has something to do with the headlights...it's a pain but it'll prevent you from aimlessly wondering around your car.
