is there something i can buy to make my antenna signal be amplified a bit? buy a better battery, something to boost voltage, ect..? i dunno anything about audio at all...was just curious...

I know that the stock radio is kinda crappy when it comes to picking up weak signals. I bought a aftermarket Head unit (Alpine) and I can pick up ALOT more stations then ever before. That's with a stock antenna.
Now there are aftermarket antennas that you can buy at places like pep boys and autozone that have built in amplifiers.
