one positive wire to three gauge pods, (safe?) (cg, not that it matters)

my friend has a 98 accord ex 4cyl f23aX, (that info does not really matter)

we've been installing 6 gauges; (oil pressure, oil temp, trans temp, water temp, air fuel, and volt.

we are pretty sure it is ok to wire three gauges to one positive wire but he wanted me to check with other people first. these three gauges are for the a pillar pod.


my one and only question is;

Can we use one positive wire to power three gauges?

Assuming that your wire is good enough to carry enough power, and your power source can supply that much it's okay (ie don't use an 18 gauge power wire running out of a 5 amp fused power supply with 3 gauges that need 5 amps each). The gauges probably don't use much power so it should be safe.

Get a nice 14 ish gauge wire for overkill and fuse it.

What I have personally done is get a 12 gauge wire and take that to the power ans connect it to separate 14 gauge wires and send those to the gauges
