Amp Wiring Question - Strapping anyone

Here we go: Two Kicker 04SX650.1 amps rated at 325RMS at 4ohm, 650RMS at 2ohm. pushing two DVC 4ohm subs. This is where my confusion starts, from the Kicker manual "SX series amplifiers are capable of being strapped together to provide twice the power into twice their rated minimum impedance." But let it be noted that the SX650 amp has a 4ohm minimum impedence when strapped. So if I strap my amps what will I see, 650? If thats the case I can run each amp independently at 2ohms and see 650 X2.

    Got it

Received an email from Kicker, which claims I will see 1300RMS at a 4ohm load. Thats what I was hoping for but the manual didn't make it very clear. Thanks to everybody, oh wait nobody replied, I don't blame you

I started to reply but you had me lost lol. I've dealt with Kicker alot but never put two of their amps together. Glad you got it figured out though lol.

Right there with you. I think the more I started reading and thinking about it the more I got.

"twice the power into twice their rated minimum impedance."
Since the amps lowest impedence is 2 ohms and output is 650 @ 2ohms, strapped would be 1300w@ 4 ohms.

That was going to be my response but I had to go do something.
