lol yepp im back at the shop doing installs. and man it feels like im back home after a long vaction. and as a welcome back present lol a customer got ripped off out in NC and we fixed/made his Altima louder he was trashing some perfect speakers that i snatched up for free diamond d36.5s components and premier 6x9. if all works well he wants to start my this coming week

Good luck. I want to do installs, but that means certification and all that. So I'll just install on my own car lol. I hope delta hires me so I can start making some money.

i've always been interested in that, but then i think to myself, wouldnt you get tired of doing it everyday. id rather keep it a passionate hobby instead of a job...ya know?

For me that was a yes ... I did it for a couple years and got tired of crappy costomers that wanted more tvs in there cars than speakers. They cared more about bling than how the system actually sounded ...

So now its back to just a hobby/passion ...

lol i hear ya on that but we do wheels and tires too. so i do it all but we have nice flow of customers yeah there are some that want tvs and there are sum that want more subs then tires lol.

Ohh now ive seen the industry shift back to sound again ... ironically I think the imergence of the "donk" has shifted it back to whos the loudest again from the peek of when i was working ( 2000 - 2005) when we went through the "who has the most TVs in there cars" phase ...

Its just that i have been out of it for so long that I cant keep up with the youngings, plus learning all the new cars and the ins and out of takeing them apart would be a pain in the ass ... I will enjoy it as a hobbie once more and try to help with advice as much as i can ...

ha the new car are a breeze to get apart.... lol its the mid 90s cars that are bitchs. any who we are now trying to expand to doin race cars along with paint and body and vinyl wraps (sp).
