Trustworthy, or not?

Paid $120 for both of em.
Only thing wrong is that they are missing the little rings to cover the screws.
What size box do I need?
Would ported be good?

Also, I had 12ga power wire for my W3, but now the bass cuts out.
I went buy 6ga wire, is that gonna be big enough?

A hell of alot better then JL W3s.

Eclipse makes some awesome stereo equipment. Their subs, from what i have heard are really decent but their amps are fantastic. I had an eclipse XA1000 and i love it until i sold it for my H22.

If only it were that easy. The amp itself ran $400 new when it was in production.

is it the plastic cone? I had a 15 with the aluminum cone and that hit harder than anything else I've had. My best sounding sub though was a Boston G5. That eclipse sub should do pretty good, especially for the price!

its aluminum. It shines like, blue/silver.

its a great deal. and honestly, id usually say ported, bu eclipse subs sound great in sealed enclosures too. its up to you, do like tight bass?

ps i could trade my amp for a h.... but i made a promise to the guy that if i got rid of the amp i would let get the first grab.
