how to make a kill switch for anti theft......

I know it sounds cheesy

But how about a starter kill.


Find the starter wire under the dash and cut it, wire it into a relay to be toggeled by a toggle switch...


Thus preventing car from starting, and also, preventing someone from buring up a starter.

This dosent make your car unstealable. If someone wants your stuff they WILL take it, this just makes it a real PIA for em... MUHAHAHAHA...

*If the theive is crafty he may check under the dash to look for an alarm and if he sees the wiring he may figure it out. Also this is assuming a theive has time to take his time... lol

It would be possible to build a rig to cut both fuel and starter, but it would require more work than it's worth.

there are two easy ass ways to so this
1. in auto zone they sell this things in the wire aile that alows you to connect wires to fuse this which when connected allows you control the fuse meaning you could allow current to flow throught with a switch or not. any way get thoughs and hook it on to the fuse that controls the ignition wire that to a switch and wala.
2. is a lil harder because you have to take the seats out but this is the best way because you could hide the wires and switch any were. remove the back seats and under them you will see a triangle shape thing thats the cover for the fuel pump wires. remove the three screws and locate what i thing is the red and black wire. cut it and rige a switch to it cover every thing back up and hide the damn switch. i find this to be the best and easyest on because guess what no fuel no move. i would do both though jus to really confuse these theifs out here. theres another one that is easy but in not going to type any more. this one involves the ECU fuse under the hood. maby next time cause that one you need to know what your doing or you will be assed out for real. good luck PM if you get confused
