i was planning to put 3inch speakers but my mom got pisses cuz i took them
out there home threater system so yeah..had to put em back

but these sound the same...and look awesome =) althought
there is a little gap..but fuck ur gap

ehhh not to impressed. it would be different if you were goin for a 3way active setup. a 2inch speaker is about pointless... tweets can be blended in alot smoother and depending on the brand and placement the tweeter is gonna sound better.

well the actually 6.5 door speaker at the bottom came with a super loud tweeter which is why i didn't add another one..

and it's got like a low bass speaker (door speaker.)

and that 2inch i added helps the mid's and highs =)

thanks..i thought about a small tweeter but the 3 way pionner 200 watt speaker i got has ENOUGHT tweeter, and bass.....

a bit more mids, and highs...wouldn't hurt a thing..

Not the same as or quality as tweeters. Now you got a big ass hole in your door.

2" speakers do nothing for your highs. It is a reason why tweeters are so small. They are more of a midrange speaker and don't give the sparkle of a good tweeter, but at least you have a good base for a 3way.
