Hey guys, had a change of heart on amps. I got the Hi Fonics amp but, just got a great deal on a JL audio 1000/1. I know alot of you including myself like to stay with the same brands when pairing up sub and amps. Has anyone ever paired a JL amp and kicker subs? if so, what was your opinion on the sound quality? I'm running an alpine deck, not sure if it's gonna be indash or a dvd yet. Also running alpine door speakers and alpine amp to run them. Whatta you guys think?

just get the rms correct and you should be good.
as for the deck, at least something with 4v preouts.What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.
You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!
