    fixable?

im polishing my rims right now, they've been kept outside in my shed for the winter period...but i guess water has gotten the best of them in some spots...

it looks like the clear coat has corrosion on it but im not sure what it is. anyways, whats the best route to go on this? so far im just scrubbing what i can with an old toothbrush to get all the dirt out of the nooks and crannys, then following with some nano polish...but i want these rims to be lookin good!

    any help here?

if it's flaking off, you can't fix that. you have to refinish them. later.

Or take it all off and polish it, to get polished aluminium wheels
What wheels are they? Oem or aftermarket alloys?
