Keeles, you ever heard of/seen kevlar hoods color matched to the car?
I wouldnt think color matching would prevent fading...

are you asking about the color matched fiber used in carbon? like the blue carbonfiber or red or so on?
i have seen kevlar carbon fuel rails and intakes... but not hoods.
and yes what makes these hoods fade is the clear jell coat they have whitch gives them the yellowish whew they have.. but if you color match the outside you would sand it seal it them paint it then unmask the center section and clear it all at one.. i recomend resanding it and reclearing it so when the gell coat shrinks it won't have these bad lines that make it look faded.. in all reality you can also wetsand with 1500 grit paper and then buff it to look new. in your own backyard. I'd still charge a $100 to buff it though."Self Renewed"
