how to blend in paint withthre oem paint?

i am doing the diy rust removal and i am not sure how to do the spray paints plz tell me how thx.

just tape off whatever your not painting,buy whatever amount of paint you'll need and spray the problem area,after you have fixed it and primed it of course.when you tape off what you are not going to paint make shure you do not tape off so it makes a square,try to just paint exactly what need to be that way it looks more normal.and remember that diy is just a temporary solution,it will get the job done until you get it done right.i am just waiting until its done right that way the guy thats doing it doesnt have to rip out all that bondo and shit.

i got the primer and stuff on so do i just take off the tape and spray it over the area?

take newspaper and tape off whatever you dont want over spray on and just spray the problem area,
