Waterspots!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I got some water spots on my wagon especially on the windows and such. I have tried getting a buffer and buffing them out but didnt work. I tried waxing and still didnt work. Is there some kind of solution out there that gets rid of these infamous water spots? I also have some mud spots on the hood from mud diggin (dont ask me why I was doing that) and they wont come out either. HELP!
