polishing ex wheels

my wheels on my cb are lookin kinda dull and is there any way for them to get that shine and luster when they first rolled off the showroom floor and i dont wanna buy new rims cause in my opinion its a waste of money and i dont wanna get em stolen so buying new rims is out of the question any help guys
