For carpet (and floor mats), I've removed said items from the car, power washed with soap, then vacuumed and let out to air-dry. Works wonders. You'll be surprised how much dirt is trapped in there.
For seats, I've used "Resolve" carpet cleaner with a rag. You can dab out stains with it, and the outcome is pretty fair exchange for the process.
The best way to clean seats would be to remove the cloth, wash it (conventional washer), let it dry, and then have it reupholstered. This might cost more than it's worth, though.

Malco Xtrax Foam for everything cloth in our CB7s .. Spray it.. use a bristle brush to scrub.. wipe it.
if you wanna take it to the next level.. i use a citrus degreaser.. mixed down with water.. probably 60%water. After vaccing everything....spray citrus, scrub, wipe, spray xtrax, scrub, wipe, spray xtrax again, wait, vaccum
