i need to get me a whiff of this squash.

Me too! Im still yet to buy one. Might right now.

I spray my Lacoste cologne in there every couple of days. I rarely wear it, so I might as well make use of it where I can.

I had thought about doing that with mine, but i dunno if i wanna smell my cologne. For some reason, i want my car to smell like....i dont know. Fruit? New car? Vanilla?

Noah, thanks for re-opening this. jdmcarboy has the refills for $9, so unless i can find it for cheaper, i might just get a refill and see if i like it. If i do, i'll get the spencer.

Ok, the unit is called a CS-X3. It's made by Eikosha Co.

The refills have colors.

Blue is the SQUASH.
Pink or Red is CRYSTAL.
Orange is CITRUS.

im gonna try the vinigar trick. i don't need my car to smell pretty but i would prefer if it didn't smell like smoke (tryin to quit). after that i just want to smell clean.

Well, what im gonna do is, remove my trees, lol. Let that discipate for a few days, then do the vinegar for a week. By then, the spencer should have arrived and i can slide it in and it'll have a clean slate to start from.

How do you guys put em in your car? Do you use double-sided tape or a velcro square or what?

spencer squash for the win. you wont regret it. its awesome. i just bought the spencer and an extra refill for 17.98 off ebay. (very good deal)

ive had the new car smell trees in my first car and loved it. but then heard about the squash and decided to try it out. and now im hooked. and will never go back.

people always tell me my car smells like fruit loops. and it seriously does.

TNE, thats what i had thought about doing, but what the hell, might as well. If it becomes a problem or cumbersome on my dash or where ever, then i'll do that. In the meantime, i'll sport the spencer.

i been using the black ice and new car scent trees lately but i usually like getting the old school k29 blocks...idk where else people use em but i knoe in chicago they were hot and i still like em..the blossom scent is good as hell...

i love love LOVE "new car scent", but i get the spray bottles, cause the trees really don't do it for me... now if only someone would put "new shoe scent" in a bottle...

edit: i forgot, i used to love "california scents" brand car fresheners, i used a pink one, forget what it was called, but they are POWERFUL, like overwhelming when new. i think i'ma have to try this squash scent out...

I bought "Tree-In-A-Can" and it didnt really work as well. I just kept having to spray it all the time, lol.

so whats up with this "squash" and where can i find one lol i just wanna smell it... what i like about the "black ice" is i baked my car 3 times in a hour.. and then smoked cigs with windows down and u could still smell the "black ice" after getting out the car and getting back in...

I bought a spencer and squash scent thing for like $12 from Ebay. Read my previous posts.

The refills are like $6 or $7, so if you dont wanna buy the whole thing, just buy a refill and see if you like it.
