    Wet sanding with tools?

So I have a 1978 Vespa scooter that I am starting to tear down and sand for paint. Despite its size there is a lot of surface area that needs to get sanded. So far I am 4 Hours in by hand wet sanding it. I am courious as to what tools I could get to do the same thing but obviously much easer. My requirements are since I am useing water, preferalby not electric and no any louder then a drill since I am doing this in a noise sensitive area. Would it be better to dry sand it with a drill mounted sanding bit?

    Let me know your suggestions.

    Thanks

just keep doing what you're doing. using anything more than your hands WILL sand through the paint and into the metal.
