most of the time their plug and play. if ur buying some and they dont need to know ur type of car and headlight then dont buy them. the kit u buy should plug in to ur current harness which will then go to a box ( ur ballast) then out of ur ballast to ur bulb and all should work with ur stock harnesses and headlights.
