one of my taillgiht " brake lights" are out, and that dumb red screen keeps showing in the gage cluster, and i dont know how to fix it since, the light bulb works it just doenst light up as bright with the brakes applied.. what could be wrong? i absolutly hate electrical work.. but someone b the barrier of the bad news?

so does one of your brake lights not get brighter when the brakes are applied?
if so then thats the problem obviously and you could just replace the bulb
or if the lights all turn on and get brighter when the brakes are applied, check your fluids and whatnot associated with your brakes and if its all fine and dandy i guess ignore the light -
thats hte thing tho.. it SOMETIMES doesnt give me that check brake light it works.. so i dunno if its the bulb...

It could be the bulb is getting old, try replacing it.
