HID builb toast. PISSED OFFF

So yeah, my fucking HID bulb is toast. I dunno it's from the rain, or the fucking shitty roads in providence and vibrations but im pissed! everything is plugged in and shit and its not working. Im going to check it tommrow if its not raining and switch the ballasts. Err this sucks. Now i have to a. use the other bulbs I have (but there 2 diff colors) so ill have 2 diff color HID bulbs, OR Save and BUY a brand new set with both.

how much do hid bulbs cost and whats with the difrent types? colour temp [K]??

The 4100K~4300K aren't that expensive to replace. You can buy a set off ebay(Philips d2s) for about the same as PIAA 9006/9005 bulbs or PIAA ION yellow H3 bulbs. As for the color change, it depends how long you've been running your other bulb. And to answer your question, ^^ the HID bulbs have a color shift after a certain amount of hours they have on them. So getting a new one and keeping an old one might not give you the desired look.
