Dome light and Courtesy lights problem

Here is my problem, Recently My dome lights and courtesy lights stopped working. The bulbs are fine because they used to work before. The dome light only works when its in the "on" position. When the doors are open the lights dont come on, neiter is it indicated on the dash that any doors are open.

The door switches are all working because they worked up until a few days ago. Also I checked some fuses and they are all ok.
    What could be the problem?

I tried that, But same thing. All of the sensors used to work now I get nothing. No matter which door is open.

check the interior light fuse in the engine bay?
What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

When you start the car, do the door ajar indications on the dash illuminate for about two seconds? If not then, then the Saftey Indicator Circuit might be faulty. This circuit controls the indicator lights on the dash and also causes the dome light to come on when a door is opened.
Looking at the shop manual, this small cluster is called the "Main Print Panel" and says that the circuit is located in the "Guage Assembly." I could send you the pages from the manual. It has diagrams and also a trouble shooting section just for this circuit. Let me know if you want it.

Sounds like you have a bad ground wire.
It really is a labor of love making a neglected CB7 with "normal wear and tear" into something worth being proud of.
