Corner Light Problem? (56k NO WAY!!)

Ok, well I just bought these JDM black corner lights off ebay, and i guess i have a problem, this may be a noob question but bare with me here. Well the light closest to the headlight wont ever work, i dont know if it has ever worked, or worked with my old corner lights. Can someone help me?

Now is the bulb closest to the headlight ever supposed to work?

yes they both should be on when your headlights are on, you probably just have to replace the bulb that happend to mine. or the wire might be loose that also happend to me after i replaced the bulb it went out again i just puthed the bulb in and fucked with the wires and now it works

replace the bulb.... both of mine went out like that...
