So today I actually took some time and thinking onto making my high beams turn on around 40-50% while still be able to use the high beam and make it turn on to 100% power. After hours of doing it,i finally did it! So now when i turn on my car(ignition), my low beam turns on at 100% and my highs turn on at around 40-50% and when i highbeam it, i have 100% low beam + 100% high beam. I did this on USDM headlights + Insight DRL KIT and both high and low are running on 9005's since i did 9005 conversion on lows.
