Recently my headlights have decided to work when they feel like it i notice that when this happens the signal light in the gauge cluster remains on but its very dim, the bumper signal aswell as rear signal also stays on while the other side works fine. I recently installed oem foglights but had the wiring kit in the car for over 6 months and have never had this issue this has started since i installed the oem fogs do u think its maybe bad grounding thats throughing something off? But i cant see how this is possible since the wiring kit was never hooked up to the headlights. But when my gf's dad taped the wires going to the fog relay the headlamps went on and all was fine, it did the same again the next day i tapped the wires to the driver side bulb and they all turned on again i really need to fix this problem its only my lowbeams that do this the highs remain functional.

my suggestion is to use new sockets for your low beam and ground them correctly. Use one of those wire coverings that you get at autozone or something to wrap around your wires that hold positive charge cuz live wires create a charge around it and can sometimes mess with other wires that are in close range.
