EG 92-95 civic delsol sidemarkers

i just bought JDM civic del sol sidemarkers . they are hella sweet.. any one ever put these in b/c i apparently need a template of sorts. i don't really wanna just cut the shit up outta my fender so....... lemme know whats up thanx for the assistance

i'm instaling sidemarkers right now as well. for a template you just cut a piece if cardboard so that the marker fits in it just right, then you set the template on the fender, outline, and then SAW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i suggest ussing a jigsaw w/ a fine metal blade.
i used a dremel with cutting wheels for my first fender, and it took for forever and about 4 cutting wheels.

i'll cut my second fender with a jigsaw today and get back with the results.

I still cant get over how close our cars look. I dont have the lip
and of course diff rims .. but woah .. kina kewl to see what my cb7 would look like with that lip...

well, in the last 5 hours i've:
replaced my fuel filter,
bought some seafoam to use tomorow,
worked on my custom z3 fender some more,
worked on the passenger side sideskirt i'm modding,
crawled under the house to mess with some water pipe my parents needed help with,
beat Jak 3,
and um, forgot to cut the other sidemarker...........i'm walking to my shop right now to cut it.........well, after i click the "submit reply" button that is

no. you don't.


cut out cardboard so the marker fits in it.
outline with a marker on the fender.
drill a hole so that you have a sawing start point.
then use a jigsaw to cut out the sidemarker hole.
paint aroung the cut edge with paint to prevent rust.

i want the actual template. where can i find it i found one for another JDM sidemarker on SiClub.com but i can't find the one that i have. i have almost zero room for fuck up so i wasa just wondering if anyone actually used these sidemarkers on our acords .....

we MIGHT have something for an accord sidemarker . . . but why the fuck would we have a template for a delsol sidemarker????? ask on a CRX forum (cuz thast what they were called in japan) or a civic forum. not here

hey me n my friend put side markers on his civic hatch and wut i found works better than a jigsaw is if u can get the drill bits that have the saw teeth on the bottom and use that and as far as the template maybe u cud see if on the fender that the side markers came off if theres a mark in the paint and just trace that but let me kno how everythin works out l8a
